Support Rhenus Group’s Direct Load team in developing direct load product
Collaborate with the central Direct Load team to support European sales organization
Identify customer needs and determine possible solutions
Manage customer tenders in Direct Load sector, including preparation and follow-up
Match transport capacity to customer needs with dedicated carrier sourcing
Develop individual strategies for the direction of the Direct Load business

Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services specialist or comparable program
Several years of professional experience in sales and operational roles
Intense knowledge in customer solution design for Direct Load business on a European level
Understanding of the carrier market including pricing competence
Proficiency with MS Office
specifically Excel
Good knowledge of German, English, and ideally other foreign languages
Willingness to travel
