Role Overview
- Support the implementation of the Disability action plan
- Provide follow-up support to affected employees
- Help facilitate and run awareness-raising activities
- Contribute to cross-functional HR projects such as quality of work life initiatives
- Contribute to the group's internal communication activities
- Implement and monitor the skills development plan
- Create and manage campaigns for annual and professional performance reviews
- Update the HRIS
Requirements
- Master's level (Bac+4/5) from a university or business school with a specialization in HR
- Proficient in office software (including Excel)
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Previous internship and/or work-study experience in HR or project management
- Excellent listening skills
- Well-organized and rigorous
- Curious with strong interpersonal skills
- Enjoy working in a team and proactive in proposing improvements on a daily basis
