Role Overview
- Manage relationships with mid-sized and large clients
- Support crisis management
- Liaise with and follow up with media and influencers
- Develop and execute strategic plans
- Define strategic media lists
- Produce written materials (press releases, story pitches, statements, and articles)
- Distribute pitches and press releases
- Approve press clippings
- Prepare performance reports (weekly, monthly, semi-annual, annual)
- Brief and coach spokespeople before interviews
- Organize press kits and coordinate their distribution
- Participate in meetings and events (in-person and online)
Requirements
- University degree (Journalism or Public Relations)
- Fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese
- Excellent writing skills
- Experience with clients in the technology, entertainment, and marketing sectors
- Knowledge of SharePoint (desirable)
- Experience with Press Manager and Influency.me (desirable)
