Role Overview
- Development & modernization
- Refactor and evolve existing applications (notably WinDev)
- Design and develop new modern applications
- Ensure code quality, readability, and maintainability
- Participate in the transition to a cloud-native architecture
- Deploy applications to Kubernetes environments (microservices)
- Design robust and scalable APIs
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate development
- Automate testing, documentation, and code reviews
- Contribute to the design of modern user interfaces with a UX-first approach
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews
- Produce technical documentation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's practices
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of software development experience
- Significant experience in application reengineering / legacy modernization
- Strong proficiency in: .NET and/or Go
- Microservices architectures
- Kubernetes
- Experience with WinDev is a plus
- Strong culture of clean code / software quality
- Autonomy and ability to work across the entire value chain (design → deployment)
- Enthusiasm for AI tools applied to development
