Direct AI tools (various and changing) to produce prototypes, proposals, pitch decks, and client deliverables
Critically review AI-generated work as team work — identify gaps, raise the bar, ensure outputs are fit for a senior audience
Refine information & instruction containers, workflows, and reusable patterns so each iteration improves on the last
Identify consulting workflows that AI has not yet touched and prototype solutions quickly
Partner with senior consultants and engineers on live client engagements across BearingPoint’s European practices
Share learnings, frameworks, and patterns with the squad and the wider firm

Demonstrated fluency with AI tools (like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.) — you have moved beyond casual use into active experimentation and trusted building
Strong critical thinking — you interrogate AI outputs and never accept the first answer at face value
Curiosity, learning agility, and composure in ambiguous environments
Based in or willing to relocate to Sibiu or Timișoara
Fluent English (written and spoken)
