About this role
Role Overview
- Review the developed facilitation guide, student Journal, safeguarding key messages, and the adopted Messages from the AGENCI toolkit with the GESI and Safeguarding Advisor.
- Liaise with GESI Advisor and WFC project focal person to plan the design for the illustrations, ensuring illustrations are age and context appropriate.
- Design layout for key messages and discussion questions.
- Design the pictorial toolkit based on the topics provided for community engagement, life skills/SRHR facilitation guide, Learners ’Journals and safeguarding messages.
- Share the pictorial Draft for Review.
- Refine the toolkit based on feedback from the SCALE team.
Requirements
- A minimum degree in graphic and design.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and developing tools to support social behaviour change activities in the health and/or education sector.
- Ability to work efficiently and deliver on committed outputs under the assignment within agreed timelines and deadlines.
- Ability to conceptualise SGBV and SRHR issues into designing relevant messages.
- Provide WUSC with examples of previous work done related to graphic and design.
