About this role
Role Overview
Manage team capacity and competency planning to ensure resources are aligned with project requirements
Develop and own system verification and integration plans in direct collaboration with development teams and project stakeholders
Define clear acceptance criteria for system requirements in cooperation with product managers and engineers
Create and execute detailed test cases to validate systems, hardware, and software
Lead the overall validation and verification strategy
Drive test automation by designing automation schemes and integrating them into our CI/CD pipelines
Support and maintain test infrastructure, equipment, and tools
Analyze test results, identify risks, prepare verification reports, and communicate key metrics to stakeholders and management
Requirements
Degree in Engineering (Software, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics) or another relevant technical field
Minimum seven years of hands-on testing experience in the Automotive ADAS domain
Experience leading initiatives and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams
Practical experience in verification and validation of safety-critical systems according to ISO 26262
Strong hands-on programming and scripting skills in C++ and Python or other languages commonly used in this environment
Practical experience developing test automation and performing Software-in-the-Loop (SiL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) tests
Solid knowledge of automotive communication protocols, including CAN and Ethernet
Deep understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and their core concepts
Hands-on experience with ASPICE and agile development methodologies
Practical experience with simulation platforms such as CARLA and middleware like ROS2 is advantageous
Experience or familiarity with Adaptive AUTOSAR and the QNX operating system.
