About this role
Role Overview
Onboarding & workshops
Design and delivery of in-person and online training for nursing staff, therapists and facility managers
Develop reusable workshop formats and training materials that can be used independently
Support the rollout phase at new partner facilities — from technical setup to the first independent use
Systematic onboarding of new partners with clear milestones and success criteria
Build and maintain a network of key accounts
Early detection of usage decline and implementation of proactive countermeasures
Regular QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and impact reports
Structured collection of user feedback as input for product development
Translate practical observations from workshops into concrete feature requirements
Pilot new features together with selected partner facilities
Monitor quality indicators and outcome data
Requirements
Therapeutic background, preferably in physiotherapy, occupational therapy or comparable allied health professions
Experience in training, supporting or consulting care facilities or healthcare organizations
Strong affinity for digital tools — able to read and explain dashboards and derive actionable recommendations
Strong communication across all levels: from care assistants to facility management
Self-driven and structured — you organize yourself and keep oversight even across many parallel accounts
Fluent German; good working English
