Intern – HR & Recruiting, Smart Energy Startup

Role Overview

• Applicant management: You act as the main contact for candidates from application receipt through to contract signing.
• Interviewer: You handle candidate screening and initial communication, conducting interviews with suitable applicants.
• Idea contributor: You research materials and tools and support the development and delivery of trainings and workshops.
• Organizer: As part of the HR team, you are a point of contact for our employees (including team-building measures; onboarding & offboarding; contract and reference letter preparation, etc.).
• Employer branding: Within campus marketing, you identify suitable measures to attract tomorrow’s employees today.
• Talent development: Together with your team, you work on expanding and realigning personnel and leadership development.
• Your own project: You will have the opportunity to take ownership of a project in recruiting, employer branding, or Learning & Development.

Requirements

• You are a currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable degree program with relevance to HR.
• You are a strong communicator and demonstrate a proactive, independent, and conscientious working style.
• You have strong organizational skills and keep an overview even when handling complex, time-sensitive tasks.
• You have excellent German and good English skills and are proficient in common MS Office applications.
• Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in HR or Learning & Development.
