Role Overview
- Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs
- Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations
- Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers
- Answer sales calls for general information and resolve customer concerns
Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in Waterworks or Construction is a plus
- Strong skills for sales including the ability to upsell
- Project management abilities to support sales initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs
