Bilingual Customer Consultant, German – English

Role Overview

• Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve account, billing, and technical issues efficiently.
• Guide customers through platform features and services.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience in every interaction.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Collect customer feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English (C1/C2 level).
• Previous experience in customer service, support, or contact centres is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
