Provide professional support to business customers via phone, email, and chat.
Assist clients in navigating and using digital advertising tools and self-service platforms.
Deliver both pre-sales and post-sales support.
Investigate and resolve technical and account-related issues.
Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication with customers.
Identify opportunities to improve clients' advertising performance and overall experience.
Collect valuable customer feedback and contribute to service improvements.

Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level)
Good command of English (B2 minimum)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Comfortable working with online platforms and digital tools
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Customer-focused, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
Previous experience in customer service, technical support, sales support, or digital marketing is a plus
