Learn and understand client’s brands, business models and business objectives.
Act as sales support for client initiatives, sales opportunities, prospecting, and lead generation.
Support the account management team with the identification and proactive presenting of retail, consumer trends relating to account objectives.
Communicate daily with internal teams and external creative agencies as well as domestic and international suppliers.
Identify potential client improvements/efficiencies with respect to procurement, product category focus, and alternative point of sale development.
Support the account management team at an operational level including developing cost calculations, creating customer quotes and estimates, providing shipment tracking updates and leading product sourcing for designated accounts.
Provide status reports for each account/program and review weekly with internal account management team.
Collaborate with internal teams to support logistics, operational and financial goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or high school degree with 3+ years of full-time work experience.
Procurement outsourcing / brand / promotions experience a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and follow through.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Exceptional detail-oriented skills; proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Self-starter with a can-do attitude and an appetite to learn.
Organized, with the ability to exercise independent judgement, problem solve and prioritize.
