Take responsibility for operational finance, accounting and controlling matters for multiple companies
Support monthly and annual closings; work confidently with accounts, posting logic and financial interrelations
Analyze P&L, balance sheet and key business metrics and derive reliable insights
Prepare analyses, forecasts and reports at company and group level to provide solid decision-making foundations
Actively contribute to the development of processes, structures and finance workflows and support the optimization of existing procedures
Work closely with other departments on tax and accounting questions and participate in projects related to digitalization and reporting

Several years of experience in a finance, accounting or controlling role
Solid understanding of accounting, financial statements and financial relationships
Comfortable with operational tasks as well as analytical challenges
Structured thinker, willing to question existing processes, solution-oriented and able to work independently
Ideally experience with monthly or annual closings; additional qualification as a certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) or experience in controlling is a plus but not required
Very good German skills and confident user of Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central) is a plus
