The National Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth across assigned national accounts, delivering on sales targets, managing pricing and promotions, and executing Joint Business Plans.
The role ensures accurate forecasting, product availability, and strong in-market execution through cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales.
It also drives targeted campaigns, supports new product success and underperforming range improvement, maintains key customer relationships, and upholds professional, compliant business practices.
Requirements
Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years in the Hardware / Retail channels
Driven transformation, change management, and demonstrated ability to scale processes
A strategic mindset and able to balance short-term needs with longer-term vision
Strength in analytical and strategic thinking with a passion for data
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities – can work at all levels of the organisation
