You will support the team in documenting and data-driven optimization of HR processes
You will create targeted analyses and handle ad-hoc requests from the HR teams
You will actively contribute to the design and implementation of the HR reporting landscape
You will have the opportunity to work with different data sources to create Power BI reports
You will assist the HR department in managing flaschenpost headquarters master data

You have successfully completed the first semesters of your bachelor’s/master’s degree and are passionate about data, analysis and visualizations, and think in terms of relevant KPIs
You have strong skills in Microsoft Excel
Ideally, you already have experience with Microsoft Power BI
You possess pronounced analytical and conceptual abilities
You can easily identify and map complex relationships between business processes and diverse data sources (ideally using BPMN)
You work independently and in a results-oriented manner
