We are looking for an SEO & AI Search Specialist to help grow Reconomy’s visibility across organic and emerging search channels. In this role, you will optimise website performance, improve search rankings, and drive high-quality traffic across a portfolio of specialist brands. ****
You’ll work on a mix of technical SEO, content optimisation, and data analysis, collaborating with global marketing teams to deliver best-in-class search experiences. From improving site health and content structure to identifying new keyword opportunities, your work will directly contribute to measurable business growth. ****
As part of a forward-thinking team, you will also explore AI-driven search (AEO) and help shape how our brands appear in next-generation discovery platforms like ChatGPT and other answer engines. ****

1–2+ years of experience in SEO or a strong demonstrable interest in the field
Good understanding of core SEO principles (technical, on-page, and off-page)
Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions
Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and basic performance tracking concepts
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks across projects
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive approach to learning

Nice to have:**

Exposure to Google Tag Manager, CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress), or basic HTML
Understanding of AI search, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), or emerging search trends
Experience working in a multi-brand or international environment
Interest in sustainability or circular economy topics
