You build and lead 5 high-performance teams: Meta, SEA, CRM, Marketplace and Onsite — both line and functional leadership — and you establish a culture of excellence.
P&L responsibility for our other owned-brand shops and the marketplace business.
Technical and strategic ownership of the entire Online Sales & Performance Marketing area.
You scale outcomes, not just headcount: you identify and implement AI tools and automations to eliminate manual processes and double your teams' velocity.
You use our matrix organization not as a coordination marathon, but as a resource pool for your growth objectives.
Requirements
Several years of leadership experience in Performance Marketing with measurable results — not theory, but proven scaling.
You make fast decisions using micro-learnings, work hypothesis-driven and continually challenge assumptions — speed beats perfection.

You have experience applying tech solutions to achieve operational excellence.
