Practice involving a wide range of civil and civil procedure matters, interfacing with key market players, with emphasis on the real estate and financial sectors;
Drafting a broad variety of court pleadings, memoranda, and legal opinions;
Participating in hearings, meetings with judges and appellate court judges, and delivering oral arguments.

Law degree and active admission to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
At least 4 years of experience in strategic civil litigation, including regular drafting of varied court pleadings and advisory work (memoranda, legal opinions), with a hands-on approach and autonomy in day-to-day management of a caseload (deadline control, client contact, proposing legal strategy, risk analysis);
Postgraduate degree, LL.M., and/or specialization in related areas is a plus;
Fluent English is essential.
