Implement and monitor operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
Lead, train and guide operational teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Evaluate team performance, setting goals and strategies for continuous development.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and propose initiatives to optimize operations and reduce costs.
Analyze operational data and prepare reports on performance, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
Use digital tools and management systems to monitor operations and make informed decisions.
Maintain constant communication with customers and partners, ensuring prompt issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related fields.
Postgraduate degree or MBA preferred.
Experience managing relationships with carriers and logistics service providers.
Strong background in coordinating operations, preferably in road transport and logistics.
Knowledge of management systems and technologies applied to transport.
Leadership, management and team development skills.
Advanced MS Office skills.
Knowledge of WMS, ERP and Power BI.
