Prepare and record journal entries, provisions, and month-end adjustments
Perform and maintain balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and prompt resolution of discrepancies
Support balance sheet integrity across multiple entities and currencies
Ensure the accuracy of financial information through detailed data validations and analyses
Participate in managing multi-currency processes, including currency conversions and exchange rate adjustments
Contribute to month-end close activities to ensure accurate and timely financial results
Work closely with the Assistant Controller to improve accounting processes, controls, and reconciliation frameworks
Identify and support the implementation of process improvements aimed at efficiency, automation, and standardization of accounting operations
Collaborate with FP&A and accounting teams to ensure consistency and integrity of financial data
Assist with audit requests and prepare required documentation

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3 to 6+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or a related role
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting (knowledge of US GAAP is an asset)
Experience with balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close processes
Experience in a multi-currency and multi-site environment is highly desirable
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems
High level of rigor and attention to detail in financial information
Continuous improvement mindset and interest in optimizing accounting processes and systems
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
