Perform reconciliations and accounting entries for Cooperatives affiliated with Sicredi, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Work on accounting closing processes between the 1st and 5th business day.
Generate accounting data to support decision-making in collaboration with product and business teams.
Assist with audits (internal and external).
Support the collection of information for the preparation of Notes to the Financial Statements.
Take ownership and demonstrate genuine commitment to the business, maintaining strong relationships with Cooperatives and partner areas.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Solid accounting knowledge with hands-on experience in accounting routines for financial institutions.
Experience with accounting and reconciliation processes, including reconciliations between accounting and operational systems.
Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
Analytical ability to interpret and apply accounting and regulatory standards, with a focus on compliance and data integrity.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cooperatives and internal areas for understanding and mapping accounting processes.
Data-oriented profile with experience in data extraction, analysis, and visualization tools in a corporate environment.
