About this role

Provide superb customer service
Lead on-site pump after-sales service activities for customers in assigned regions
Provide on-site support including installation instruction, commissioning, and repair for pumps
Handle field service calls and issues professionally
Work with regional teams to create and monitor training plans
Support customer satisfaction management and after-sales collaboration
Work with cross-functional teams to create customer service improvement plans
Support data management and team coordination in after-sales service

Minimum 5 years working experience preferably in HVAC/Pumps/Mechanical industry
Minimum 3 years experience in service role
Able to work independently
Ability to read and understand electrical drawing, automation control drawing and low voltage electrical equipment
Ability to operate, setting and commissioning VFD drive
Solving ability per failures at job site
Solid ability on Excel, Word, Office software
Foreign investment company working experience
Strong language communication skills in English and Mandarin
