Create and support the company’s information security policies.
Maintain internal IT infrastructure requirements, including laptop/desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, and security updates.
Support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
Manage user accounts, credentials, permissions, and access rights in accordance with best practices related to privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
Administer Microsoft products, MDM solutions, and Atlassian products.
Ensure proper security of user workstations (laptops), including security policies and identity management.
Perform regular security testing and monitoring of user workstations.
Support Gmail/Google Workspace configuration and mailbox management, including email routing, spam filtering, and email forensics.
Support IT inventory management and procurement processes for internal systems and software.
Perform routine and scheduled system audits, including backup verification.
Implement and maintain the internal service desk.
Provide technical support to team members.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in system administration
Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems
Knowledge of server virtualisation and virtual desktop technologies
Experience with Microsoft products, MDM solutions, Atlassian products, and Google Workspace administration/support.
Solid understanding of networking concepts, including OSI layers and TCP/IP
Good understanding of internet technologies and protocols, including DNS, TCP/UDP, HTTP, SMTP, and FTP
Hands-on experience with router configuration
Experience in securing networks and user workstations (laptops)
Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance of computers and peripheral equipment
Understanding of procurement and inventory management
Intermediate level of English
