Produce comprehensive financial plans on behalf of affiliated advisors across retirement, tax, estate, education funding, insurance, cash flow, Social Security analysis, and more.
Run detailed tax analyses including Roth conversion modeling and tax-efficient withdrawal strategies.
Build estate planning scenarios and coordinate with advisors on trust, gifting, and wealth transfer strategies.
Review client documents to identify planning opportunities.
Serve as a trusted planning expert to independent advisors, preparing them for client meetings with deliverables and talking points.
Help define and refine the workflows and quality standards for centralized planning.
Evaluate and optimize the financial planning technology stack.
Requirements
Required CFP® certification (active and in good standing).
3–5 years of hands-on experience building comprehensive financial plans in a professional setting (RIA, broker-dealer, or planning firm).
Strong working knowledge of financial planning software in comprehensive planning, tax planning, and estate planning (e.g., RightCapital, Holistiplan, Wealth.com, eMoney, or similar tools).
Ability to translate complex planning concepts into clear, actionable deliverables that advisors can confidently present to clients.
Comfort working across multiple advisor relationships simultaneously, each with different styles and client bases.
Preferred Series 65 or 7 & 63.
Experience in a multi-advisor or enterprise RIA environment.
Familiarity with impact investing and values-aligned financial planning.
A track record of improving processes.
Interest in mentoring or leading others.
