Role Overview
- Shape, govern, and advance the ECC SAP Platforms CoE roadmap and strategy
- Guide platform strategy and ensure secure operations
- Develop modernization roadmap aligned to S/4HANA and compliance needs
- Define and manage enterprise release calendar coordinating deployments
- Serve as final authority for Change Advisory Board decisions
- Manage transport and deployment management processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on platform reliability
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI insights
Requirements
- Minimum of 14+ years' experience in SAP Platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree
- Strong experience in successfully leading large SAP Platforms center of excellence
- Proven ability to shape strategy and drive enterprise wide adoption of standards and platforms
- Knowledge and understanding of SAP Technical areas and SAP ECC
- Ability to influence and negotiate across all organizational levels
- Experience building or leading Center of Excellence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
