Serve as a trusted Commerce Cloud SME for our broader Cloud Success organization, providing proactive and reactive Architecture, Solution Strategy, Thought Leadership, and Product expertise.
Translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, ranging from Technical and Business stakeholders to Executive Leadership, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in crucial conversations.
Identify and evaluate capability gaps, recommending standard product enhancements or creative custom solutions to maximize customer success and adoption.
Build strong relationships with both internal and external business partners, collaborating on initiatives that contribute to broader goals and growth.
Collaborate with customers, colleagues, and partners to evaluate technical architecture, optimize performance, and design effective solutions.
Requirements
8 years proven experience in Enterprise consulting, including implementing Enterprise software solutions in the Commerce space as a Lead Developer or Architect
Commerce Cloud Expertise: Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce and Cloudcraze
Very good understanding of B2B Commerce development tools (APEX, Visualforce, LWC, Lightning Platform, APIs, Standard and Custom Objects)
Experience with System Architecture design and Integration Patterns
Experience optimizing B2B Commerce solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability across complex enterprise environments
Excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams from Developer over Merchant to Executive
Customer-centric discovery
ability to ask questions and challenge assumptions with empathy to identify the real problem to solve
Comfortable engaging directly with customers and business stakeholders to gather requirements, demo features, and provide architectural guidance.
