Role Overview
- Analyze workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and safety
- Design, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes
- Collect and analyze production data and prepare reports
- Lead or support Lean and Six Sigma projects
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Develop and maintain process documentation
- Provide training and technical support to operators
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is preferred
- Prior relevant experience is a plus
