Manage the business relationship with both established and prospective Direct Accounts within the Catalysis area
Deliver annual / quarterly financial targets in line with the Company’s budget
Develop and grow relationships with customers
Develop new sales opportunities (customers / products)
Support and coordinate new product introductions to customers
Proactively participate in the innovation product portfolio aligned to the Company’s aspirations and goals
Manage the Opportunity Pipeline within CRM customer management system
Accountable for pricing implementation, handling customer complaints and assisting in credit control queries
Participate in the monthly forecasting procedure
Grow the business aligned to the company’s strategy and aspirations
Attend and represent the company at industry conferences and exhibitions
Travel to customers / events

Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Chemistry
Minimum 7 years of experience in either Sales or Technical Sales or Business Development, preferably in the Chemicals/Energy/Defense Sector
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience using MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Must be authorized to work in the US
