Collaborating with process and integration guides to qualify Low and High NA EUV lithography processes
Working hands-on with equipment, materials, layouts, and data
Partnering with global partners to move innovations from R&D into high-volume manufacturing
Developing and integrating metrology processes for advanced memory technologies
Performing material evaluations, reticle and layout development, OPC, overlay optimization, and process window analysis
Driving yield improvement, failure analysis, and device performance optimization
Partnering with equipment vendors to evaluate tools and improve process capability
Documenting processes, communicating results, and supporting technology transfer to manufacturing

M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other Engineering or Technical Degree relevant to Metrology
B.S. with 2+ years semiconductor processing experience with emphasis on metrology will also be considered
Experience or working knowledge in metrology or semiconductor process development
Working knowledge of process characterization, data analysis, and statistical methods
Ability to collaborate within multi-functional technical teams
Experience with metrology techniques that include methods of critical dimension measurement, registration measurement and films characterization (Preferred)
Experience working with semiconductor equipment vendors or R&D environments (Preferred)
Experience providing and/or analyzing metrology solutions specific to EUV photolithography challenges (Preferred)
Proficiency in scripting (Python/JMP/SQL) for data analysis and automation (Preferred)
