About this role
Role Overview
Manage daily office operations and support office setup in Colombia
Work with local authorities, vendors, and service providers
Support onboarding, HR processes, and employee administration
Participate in U.S.-based accounting projects
Help with hiring and team growth
Assist leadership with office and people-related matters
Help create a positive and organized workplace culture
Requirements
Experience in office management, HR, or operations
Experience supporting business setup or operations in Colombia
Accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
Understanding of local HR and employment practices
Strong organizational and communication skills
Fluent English
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
A bachelor’s degree – accounting/finance preferred.
Nice to Have: Experience in financial services or shared services; Experience supporting new office launches or international companies.
