Oversee and manage all site activities in a safe, efficient, and timely fashion
Ensure all site activities are completed to provide 100% service and accuracy
Actively promote and work within specified standards of depot Food Hygiene, Health and Safety and GXO Values
Manage, support, and motivate all-site colleagues to achieve daily output objectives and deliver shift KPI’S
Ownership of trading budget & site financial performance and work in collaboration with customers
Actively seek new business opportunities for the site

Experienced operational manager with excellent H&S knowledge
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills biased towards motivation and engagement
Results orientated with the ability to consistently deliver to deadlines
IOSH managing safely is essential with HACCP and MHE experience and licenses advantageous
