About this role
Role Overview
Provide first line support to customers on their day-to-day general enquiries on products and service
Proactively explore customer needs and pain points through daily interactions
Maximise "Sell What We Have" and manage customer enquiries on stock availability check and requests for urgent delivery
Administer customer orders by coordinating with internal functional teams
Enter orders into current ERP system
Monitor and track orders to ensure they are processed successfully
Be the process owner of customer complaint management
Promote and support customer self-service of Coats digital tools
Actively promote products and services to customers to increase sales
Build and maintain key customer relationships
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical vocational training, or a comparable qualification
Fluent in French and (preferably) English, with strong negotiation skills in French
2+ years experience in customer service
Display strong organizational skills
Be customer-focused and target-oriented
Effective communication skills
Strong growth mindset to learn new knowledge and skills and to help the customer service team to be a world-class customer service team
