Lead the creation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual Board reporting packs
Translate complex data into meaningful insights, highlighting risks, opportunities, and performance trends
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs)
Provide forward-looking analysis and performance outlooks
Collaborate with business divisions and functional teams
Partner closely with the central PPM team
Deliver clear, decision-ready narratives that support the Board’s understanding of financial health and strategic progress

Significant experience within finance / FP&A
Proven ability to operate effectively with senior partners and Board-level audiences
Strong track record in financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting
Experience influencing decisions through insight, challenge, and storytelling
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related subject area
Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred
Desirable: Experience in Board or corporate-level reporting
Strong business and commercial awareness within complex organisations
