Role Overview
- Lead the review and assurance of investment cases
- Provide independent challenge to investment proposals
- Analyse and validate economic and financial models
- Prepare executive and Board-level briefs
- Maintain a forward-looking investment pipeline
- Support the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of investment governance frameworks
- Actively build organisational capability by coaching and training finance and business partners
Requirements
- Significant experience in commercial finance / FP&A
- Proven track record in investment appraisal, capital allocation, or business case evaluation
- Strong capability in financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis
- Experience engaging and influencing senior partners and decision-makers
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or similar
- Professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA , or equivalent) preferred
