Responsible for leading and managing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) scopes associated with the construction of mission-critical data center facilities.
Oversees daily field execution, project controls, engineering coordination, cost management, risk mitigation, scheduling, and overall technical performance of MEP systems.
Serves as a key liaison among project teams, trade partners, commissioning agents, project executives, and regional leadership.
Manages all QAQC/Cx issues logs for MEP contractors and coordinates with responsible parties to mitigate and clear out the issues.
Participates in performance review process for field leadership and partners with Talent Team on recruiting and employee relations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical training
1 year of electrical estimating experience or 5 years of Project Management, Construction Management, Project Engineering, or Commissioning Management experience
8 years of commissioning/start-up experience for electrical and/or mechanical systems
Experience leading commissioning/start-up activities for construction projects exceeding $25MM in contract value strongly preferred.
Relevant industry experience can vary from Mission Critical, Industrial, and Commercial.
