Responsible for activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site, from site mobilization, through civil, erection and commissioning work
Serve as the primary point of accountability for project delivery, ensuring all work remains in compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and local regulations
Provide full-cycle leadership for site personnel, including staffing, performance development, and professional mentorship
Drive project success by managing schedule, quality, and costs
Apply in-depth technical knowledge to implement company strategies
Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior staff
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
USA-based applicants without a degree may substitute with a High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 years of experience relevant to Project Management and Site Management
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to project sites or corporate meetings
Legally authorized to work without the need for company-sponsored immigration support or work authorization now or in the future
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to manage project budgets and understand financial impacts of operational decisions
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, plan and execute complex programs under pressure
Ability to integrate own area of expertise with broader business functions
