Role Overview
- Design and develop robust full-stack solutions
- Work in a cross-functional scrum team to achieve regular sprint goals
- Mentor and review the code of more junior team members
- Embrace software development best practices such as TDD, documentation, design patterns, secure coding, and algorithmic optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- 7+ years of full-stack, web application development experience
- 2+ years using SQL and NoSQL technologies
- Strong skills in Ruby on Rails, algorithms, and data structures
- Implementing and troubleshooting high-usage, high-throughput systems, including ElasticSearch and SEO.
- Experience working in an organization that operates by Agile methodology and the Scrum framework.
- Experience developing with cloud services (AWS), search technologies (ElasticSearch), and optimization (SEO).
- Prefer experience with services, microservices, and serverless environments
- Prefer AI/LLM/MCP implementation experience
