General Manager

Role Overview

• Handles all aspects of marina operations within budgetary guidelines
• Responsible for improving the marina's guest services level, performance, efficiency, and profitability
• Work collaboratively with Home Office and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service
• Routinely inspect all areas of the property for safety and appearance
• Ensure compliance with government regulations pertaining to marina operations
• Provide training to employees in the safe use of marina equipment

Requirements

• Five years previous management experience
• General accounting knowledge and basic understanding of financial statements
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with employees, customers, tenants, vendors, and government personnel
