Support the HR Director across all employment law matters within the company’s legal scope.
Prepare and participate in representative bodies (Works Council, Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee) and contribute to high-quality social dialogue.
Support implementation of collective agreements and legally required information/consultation processes, ensuring follow-up on diagnostics and associated action plans.
Assist in analyzing and managing internal situations in collaboration with employee representatives.
Draft, secure, and oversee the follow-up of employee contractual documents.
Coordinate management of occupational disease cases with external partners, including law firms.
Support handling of sensitive individual situations (disciplinary actions, terminations, disputes, litigation).
Maintain active legal monitoring, provide advice and expertise to teams, and contribute to cross-functional projects (BDESE, audits).
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in employment/ labor law
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a transforming or multi-site environment.
Ability to analyze situations with strategic perspective
Structured organization and rigorous prioritization skills
