Assistant Project Manager

Role Overview

• Responsible for organizing people and material to build quality homes on time and within budget
• Maintain the highest caliber of customer relations by providing prompt response and follow-up (within 24 hours)
• Providing warranted service promptly
• Expected to perform some manual labor
• Reports to: Senior Project Manager, and/or Project Manager, and Production Manager
• Supervises: Monitors daily activities of Subcontractors
• Authority to make subcontractor hiring/firing recommendations, remove anyone from jobsite for illegal acts or trespass, and approve rates with permission

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent verbal and written communications are essential and mandatory
• Excellent organizational skills are indispensable
• Efficiently use computer programs and applications
• Valid Driver's license and personal auto insurance with at least state minimum coverage
