About this role

Responsible for IT project management and end-to-end application governance
Maintain and further develop the OMS as a central 'control centre'
Monitor operational stability and performance
Improve services and implement new requirements in collaboration with relevant departments
Develop new integrations, market interfaces, and features within the Front Arena trading system
Support day-to-day operations, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient functioning
Oversee supplier management and service level agreements (SLAs)
Ensure compliance with IT policies and keep documentation up to date
Manage ad hoc projects.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Technical and operational experience in a bank working with the Front Arena trading system
Familiarity with market data and trading protocols
Knowledge of FIS Front Arena Prime and ADS, Front Arena Automation, Microsoft Windows Server, and MS SQL
Experience with the Financial Information eXchange (FIX) protocol, Python, PowerShell, and SQL
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, team-oriented, organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality services
Service-oriented approach combined with a pragmatic mindset and an interest in leadership and project management responsibilities
Ability to communicate effectively in German and English.
