Drive Strategy: Own the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy for Supermicro’s core server product families, turning market insights into breakthrough solutions.
Technical Product Development: Leverage the deep technical expertise to define clear product requirements based on customer needs, industry trends, and business goals across key verticals.
Partner with sales teams and Field Application Engineers (FAEs) to understand market demands, contribute to RFPs and SOWs, and uncover new business opportunities.
Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional R&D teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Customer Engagement & Presentation: Deliver technical presentations and whitepapers to showcase Supermicro’s technological expertise.
Build proof-of-concept solutions that exceed customer business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the product TTM.
Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging technologies in servers, GPUs, AI, and data center infrastructure to identify new product opportunities and create forward-thinking proofs of concept.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in L10 system/server or L11 Rack Level
Strong knowledge of Enterprise and Data Center server architecture; networking expertise is a plus
Proven experience in technical presales or product marketing
Background in developing server products (hardware, firmware, or software) is an advantage
Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to engage customers and drive adoption
Strong inclination towards collaboration and the capacity to work seamlessly with cross functional teams.
