Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent Mondelēz brands in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores
Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service
Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and can work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
Ability to download and use work-related applications on personal device
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles range from primary location: Sacramento, CA
