Monitor operating results, deliver monthly operating reviews (MORs), and identify opportunities to scale the IKC program within your market.
Partner with the broader DaVita enterprise to ensure IKC initiatives are seamlessly integrated and drive total-village success.
Implement new and novel practices to address the totality of kidney patient healthcare needs.
Requirements
8+ years of experience leading robust regional teams with significant budget/P&L accountability.
Deep understanding of Value-Based Care models and the clinical/operational levers that move the needle on medical spend and patient outcomes.
Proven track record of influencing physicians and healthcare partners to adopt new models of care.
Experience managing clinical staff (NPs, RNs, etc.) is highly preferred.
Ability to travel up to 50% within the geography to build presence and drive field results.
