Manager, Corporate Audit

Role Overview

• Lead SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance for the Health Services segment
• Partner with internal audit teams, business leaders, and external auditors to strengthen financial controls
• Manage multiple SOX projects from planning to completion
• Lead annual SOX planning (risk assessment, scoping, materiality)
• Evaluate key controls and define testing approaches
• Oversee audit fieldwork and review deliverables
• Complete required reporting and support department initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting or auditing experience
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• CPA, CIA, or progress toward certification preferred
• Experience managing audit projects
• Strong understanding of internal controls and risk
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
