Requirements

• 3+ years of full-time experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
• knowledge of retail pharmacy operations
• proven ability to engage and inspire teams
• demonstrated strength influencing without authority
• continuous improvement and structured problem-solving skills
• strong execution and professional maturity
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
