Responsibilities include daily, weekly, monthly volume reporting, month end close responsibilities, tracking performance against forecast, identifying risks/opportunities, leading the Budgeting & Forecasting process and being a resource for business leaders.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years relevant finance work experience and prior FP&A experience in a similar large publicly traded organization.
Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines and to manage multiple projects based on strict calendar expectations.
Knowledge of SAP and Oracle-based systems.
Knowledge of pricing & reimbursement in the healthcare industry.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to create partnerships across large enterprises and across different levels of the organization.
Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a fast-paced organization under tight deadlines.
Experience synthesizing and analyzing large sets of data.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent relevant work experience.
