You are the primary point of contact for our in-house talents
You support the search for new collaboration partners, create proposals and handle incoming inquiries
You demonstrate negotiation skills in contracts as well as in price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners)
You develop concepts and content formats together with the talents and support their implementation
You act as the interface between the talents and our partners, coordinate assignments and ensure their well‑being
You identify and acquire potential new talents for existing and future formats and productions

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media or PR agency
Interest in and a flair for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
Ideally, experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and strong written and spoken English
