You are the primary contact for our in-house talents
You support the search for new collaboration partners, create new proposals and handle incoming inquiries
You demonstrate negotiation skills when reviewing contracts and negotiating fees with partners and service providers
You develop concepts and content formats together with the talents and support them in execution
You act as the interface between the talents and our partners, plan their assignments and ensure their well-being
You identify and recruit potential new talents for existing and future formats and productions.
Requirements
At least 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media or PR agency
Interest in and a good feel for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
Ideally experience in implementing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
